When i configuring Voice Media Store (trough Control panel) and under this section XML Server i need put Station list and VDN group list. I put the same devices which monitored by IDS .

But when i click on "voice station" field i get extansion status "failed"-all station shows "failed" monitor.

The same issue is on VDN Group-"failed" on all all VDN devices.

my question is how i can fix this issue.

CCE 4.0.1

Thanks

The other method would have been to confirm the logging level was set to '1' and review the logs - You should have seen a XMLStation or XMLVDN Monitor attempt and then a return code if the monitor failed.

The return code will be the CSTA return code, so you can review this in the TSAPI Programmers Reference guide that is included as part tof the AES documentation - 'Appendix A: Universal Failure Events'

I've attached a copy to this posting that may help.

Lloyd, I did experience the issue where when adding valid stations and VDNs range, the VMS does not monitor the newly added stations or VDNs with the exception of the first entry. For example, when adding stations 1111, 2222-2225,3333, VMS will only monitor station 1111. In addition, when removing the already monitored stations or VDNs in VMS, VMS continues to monitor the stations or VNDs unless the VMS service is restarted. For example, if VDN 5555 and 4444 have been monitored by VMS. A day or so later, if the VDNs is removed from the VDN group in VMS, the VMS continues to monitor VDN 5555 and 4444. Therefore, when a call is delivered to the VDNs, duplicate work items are shown in the 'delivered sequence' Voice tab. No big issue but to inexperience user, the issue isn't easily detected.
