I am collecting 10 digits in a call vector before queuing a call. I can display this info by pressing the Caller-Info button on the phone. I would like for it to also show up in the collected digits field in the CCE desktop. I am assuming that is what this field if for. Any ideas on how to get this to work? Thanks!

When using collected digits, there are several quirks of Avaya CTI that need to be understood: 

Firstly, the collected digits field will not be populated in the CTI Events from AES unless the VDN is "monitored" by some device - So you can use IDS or Voice mediastore to do this.

Secondly, the monitored VDN needs to the VDN the call is DELIVERED to, AFTER the collected digits have been added, NOT the VDN in which you are adding the digits. (As you have already received the delivered event for this VDN before you added the digits)
